The Challenge

Slobber Chops is a family-owned Australian company specializing in kangaroo products. They had a strong product offering, but very little online presence. As a small business with a limited budget, they needed a strategy that could stretch their resources while delivering real growth.

The brand needed to compete in the B2C space against larger players with bigger budgets. The key challenge was to build visibility online, attract the right audiences, and generate sales without overextending their marketing spend.
